A great way to discover a village is to visit one of the Car Boot sales and meet the locals. You can then wander around after the sale and soak up some of the history.

Unfortunately this Car Boot Sale service was something we decided to as an additional service on our history website. We are not in contact with any of the Car Boot organisers and relied on information from our visitors which has now slowed down.
We therefore had to stop posting dates for the various locations. We asked for feedback from our visitors and it seemed that this service was not well used which again led us to focus our efforts on the core of this site, which was local history.
